Shipping & Handling
All orders are usually processed within 3 business days and shipped same or next day if in stock. JE does not guarantee a delivery date for items that are out of stock and/or backordered. Buyer must notify us for any special shipping arrangements. All PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses must select USPS as a shipping method because UPS does not deliver to PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses. All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and/or the restocking fee of 20%. Signature may be required for some packages. If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.
All packages leaving our warehouse are carefully packaged, insulated, and inspected for accuracy. If you received a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect in presence of carrier before signing. All damage claims will be made with their respective carrier and JE will ship you replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed and reimbursed. If a replacement item is not available, JE will refund you the item(s) amount.
Will Call / Pick Up
Will call orders will require a government issued ID. The credit/debit card holder must be present to pick up the item(s). We cannot release the order unless you are the person who paid for the item(s). Please call us in advance to ensure your order is ready for will call or pick up.
Please allow up to eight business days after we receive the package for your return / exchange / refund to be processed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
