Block Sleeving
Before
This is the condition of the block when the customer delivered it to us.		 After
Ductile Iron Sleeves installed, block is now ready for assembly.		 Sleeved B18A1 assembled with low compression 84.5mm pistons.
Cylinder head Porting & Polishing
Stock B16A head as it was received from customer. Combustion Chambers worked over with stainless steal black nitride coated values. Notice how the valves have been de-shrouded to increase flow. Intake ports with just the right amount of material removed for maximum airflow and good fuel atomization.
We also offer an Extrude Hone service for cylinder head ports and intake/exhaust manifolds that can't be hand ported.  Together with Extrude Hone out of Irwin, PA, we can improve your engines ability to breath, resulting in improved power as well as gas mileage.

LS vtec / B20 vtec builds
B18 block bored and honed, ready for assembly. Main bearings

NA Buildups

Sleeved B18 with mid compression. B18 with stock sleeves and high compression pistons. B18C1 with ITR .025 pistons and ARP head studs.
Turbo Buildups
This bottom end is built to handle 30 psi or more. Assembled Turbo setup, ready to go. 3Sgte Turbo bottom end ready for serious boost.
Knifedge / Micro polished cranks

Factory Rebuilds
 
 
We also can provide factory rebuilds using all OEM parts. These rebuilds still get the same high quality blueprinting that result in a motor that is far better than your original stock engine. The engine receives all new gaskets, seals, and any other parts that are out of spec.
