If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.<\/p>\n<p>All packages leaving our warehouse are carefully packaged, insulated, and inspected for accuracy.\u00a0 If you received a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect in presence of carrier before signing.\u00a0 All damage claims will be made with their respective carrier and JE will ship you replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed and reimbursed.\u00a0 If a replacement item is not available, JE will refund you the item(s) amount.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Will Call \/ Pick Up<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Will call orders will require a government issued ID. The credit\/debit card holder must be present to pick up the item(s). We cannot release the order unless you are the person who paid for the item(s). Please call us in advance to ensure your order is ready for will call or pick up.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please allow up to eight business days after we receive the package for your return \/ exchange \/ refund to be processed.
