Radium Fuel Rail Kit for SR20DET S13

Application: S13 SR20DET

This Nissan Silvia/180SX/200SX fuel rail kit is designed specifically for SR20DET S13 style intake manifolds, including the GReddy manifold. It features a large 0.69″ internal diameter bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines.

The rail is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum and black anodized for a high quality surface finish. The included hardware mounts the fuel rail to the OEM intake manifold bosses.

The Radium fuel rail converts the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed allowing the use of high flow 14mm O-ring fuel injectors (not included). The kit includes 2 sets of brackets (shown above) to suit multiple height injectors.

The lower billet aluminum injector seats are anodized and laser etched. They are O-ring sealed and designed for 14mm top feed injectors.  This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.

NOTE: This fuel rail kit does NOT come standard with fittings (see port configurations below).

Notes:
1. To reuse the stock fuel pressure regulator, select 20-0303. Note: Depending on the chassis, the short mounting brackets may be required for hood clearance.
2. If you would like to use a fuel pulse damper in the bottom port, only the 20-0176 FPD-R, 8AN ORB will fit only with the tall injectors brackets. If the larger 20-0177 FPD-XR, 8AN ORB is required, it can be used in the front (or rear) port.
3. If the engine is in a different chassis, hood clearance might be an issue when using the tall injector brackets with the fuel pressure gauge in the top port.

Do I need a pulse damper?
The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a pulse damper should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillation pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help an erratic surging idle.
